By using this Site the customer grants Digital Palette the right to store photographic images and artwork that they submit for the purpose of fulfilling orders they have placed. Once the order is completed and the goods accepted, all images and artwork shall be returned or deleted unless the customer gives alternative instructions.

The customer takes full responsibility for the images and artwork they submit to Digital-Palette. Digital-Palette assumes that the customer is the owner of the images or artwork submitted and/or has sought permission from those depicted

Where images of children are submitted, it is assumed by Digital-Palette that the customer is the parent/legal guardian of the child/children depicted or has sought permission from those with legal responsibility.

Digital-Palette will not print anything which contains the following:

• · nudity or pornographic or obscene material;
• · racist material;
• · material that is likely to incite hatred against any person or group;
• · blasphemous material;
• · defamatory or otherwise actionable material;
• · images of any criminal act;
• · material that breaches any applicable laws or legislation

Any image or artwork submitted which depicts the above will be rejected or where it is suspected of being illegal, passed on to the relevant authorities for scrutiny along with the customers details.

You retain all intellectual property rights, including copyright, to the images that you have uploaded to the web site or emailed to Digital-Palette.

Digital-Palette may delete, remove or refuse to print or display any material from you at it’s  sole discretion

Digital-Palette may display, modify, print, transmit, distribute or delete any of the images that you upload or e-mail to us, provided that this use is necessary in order to provide any of the services offered by us via the web site or is otherwise allowed by these terms.

It is a condition of allowing you to use the web site and any services offered through it that you have the right or permission to copy, upload or otherwise deal with images in relation to the web site and to allow Digital-Palette to process and otherwise deal with those images in accordance with these terms.

You may not upload, email to Digital-Palette, request us to print or otherwise deal in relation to the web site with any images or other material unless you have the right to do so and to allow us to use such images or other material in accordance with these terms.

For example, you may not take photos from another web site or other publication and do anything with them unless you have the permission of the relevant rights owner.

All original artwork created by Digital Palette is copyright and remains the property of Digital-Palette including this web site. Artwork is produced free of charge on the understanding that it remains the property of Digital Palette and is solely used for the fulfilment of orders placed by the customer with Digital-Palette

Should this artwork be required for other purposes, written permission will be required from Digital Palette and Digital Palette reserves the right to request a fee

If artwork created by Digital Palette is required for use in a commercial manner other than with Digital Palette, a fee will be charged dependant upon usage, size and circulation. Digital-Palette should be contacted prior to using any artwork.

Digital-Palette reserves the right to withdraw permission /licence should agreed fees remain unpaid beyond any 6 month period.

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Great Briton without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. If any provision of these Terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these

Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by Digital-Palette.
